Submissions

We are currently open for submissions for our second issue, we are only looking for your best to showcase on The Floor.

As this is a novice and part time magazine, we will be unable to pay any of contributors at the moment. We will how ever notify you when we post your work and we are willing to post links to websites, social media etcetera.

So here are our submissions guidelines for submitting to us, submissions that follow these will be look on more favourably then those that don't.

Poetry;
Send 2-4 poems (of approx length of 40 lines), these can be attached by word documents or PDFs, we don't mind. Also send us a bio about yourself (Age, Location and Publications that kind of thing).
And any other links you want us to display.

Prose;
Send 1-2 short stories, of any length but don't have it exceed too long. We want prose not novellas. These can be any form attachments of your choice. Also send us a bio about yourself (Age, Location and Publications that kind of thing). And any other links you want us to display.

Photography and other Art;

Even though we are primarily open for literacy work, we are accepting other forms of art so you can send them as well. 

Other;

We are also looking for essays and other journalistic material and features, so if we receive enough we will open a tab for those, so send away.

P.S Please avoid fancy fonts, Times New Roman is a favourite of ours and please keep all your work right-aligned And 11ft size if possible.
As well if any of your work has been published elsewhere, we will like to be notified of this.
